Superstars Recruitment Bonus Scheme - FREE CHEERLEADING, DANCE, STUNT AND TUMBLE TRAINING
1 Sep 2015
Here at Superstars we believe in the value of networking and telling friends, family and work colleagues about our program and services. It's a great employability skill to foster in young people and we also appreciate what word of mouth can do for the long term growth and the development of our team. To show our thanks for and support of our athletes who recruit others - in 2013 Superstars implemented our Recruitment Bonus Scheme which has widely been reviewed as one of the most generous in the county across any sport or activity our members have ever been involved in.
If you recruit 4 new people who join you will get your regular training for free for as long as they stay and pay their fees*. We measure recruits via our signup form which asks if anyone has recommended you join Superstars. New athletes should enter the name of the person who recruited them here. When you believe you have recruited 4 people who have become active members of Superstars - please notify us immediately so we can check against their sign up forms and if you are correct - APPLY YOUR DISCOUNT.
If you recruit more than 4 people who join and stay active within the program for 3 months you will get a £20 kit bonus for each person above your first 4. We used to stop recognising your hard work at 4 people - but realised this was crazy. If you recruit more than 4 people you should be rewarded for that too. If you believe you have a 5th or higher recruit who has been active within the program for 3 months after joining - please notify us immediately so we can check against our records and if you are correct - GIVE YOU £20 TOWARDS KIT OF YOUR CHOICE.
Here are some examples of how our athletes hit their recruitment bonuses:
Alicia gave a talk at a school assembly about what being a cheerleader (and a Superstar athlete) had done for her self-belief and overall fitness. Following this talk she encouraged anyone interested to speak to her for more information. She recruited 4 people directly from that talk.
Ellie told her 4 friends to sign up too and they all trialled together. Because she was the one who directed the others to the team - she earned her recruitment bonus instantly upon joining.
Ruby had a Superstar birthday party when she was 5. After that she and her sister joined Superstars. (Recruit number 1 - that's right, in addition to our family discount we also count siblings as recruits). Later her mum became a member (recruit number 2). A year or so later a friend who'd attended her birthday party joined (recruit number 3) and then finally a friend from school did too (recruit number 4). Ruby (age 8 at the time of writing this) took a while to get 4 recruits but she managed it and now enjoys free regular training.
Many of our athletes who are close to their recruitment bonuses have gotten there simply by telling friends about what they do and sharing pictures on facebook and instagram. Parents also help athletes reach their recruitment bonuses through friends, family and work colleagues.
Notes about how our family discount and recruitment bonuses work together.
Superstars fees generally operate as follows for families:
Membership, special training, kit, competition etc - NO FAMILY DISCOUNT
Regular monthly training fees - 1st member of the family pays full price. 15% discount for the 2nd member of the family onwards. We arrange members by the volume of training rather than time with the program when calculating fees so the 1st member of the family for fee calculation will be whichever is attending the most training at the given time.
If/when one of the family hits their recruitment bonus we rearrange the order and payment calculation as follows:
Recruitment Bonus applied to the named member of the family - FREE REGULAR TRAINING
When then re-calculate the cost of training for the remaining family members using the same method above - the 1st is the one who attends the most training at that time and pays full price. 15% discount for the 2nd member of the family onwards.
The fine print about the Superstars Recruitment Bonus Scheme
Free regular training applies to only week-day, regular teams and/or classes signed up to. It is valid for all disciplines that train on a weekday. The offer for free training as part of your recruitment bonus does not extend to other sessions including (but not exclusively): camps, tumble intensives, privates, elite or international teams, additional competition practices, other location practices or similar. It also does not extend to any other services or products.
If one of your recruits becomes delinquent in their fees or leaves the program - your bonus will be put on hold until they resolve their outstanding fees or you recruit another person. At this point you will be expected to make all fees for all training taken that month onwards until your bonus is re-instated.
If you have recruited more than 4 people, received your 5th person kit bonus and then 1 person leaves you will still receive your free training bonus as long as 4 of your recruits remain active within the program and current on their fees.
If you choose to join additional teams/classes based on having your recruitment bonus you are encouraged to ensure you can commit to any competition and/or uniform costs associated. You should also consider if you are able to honour your commitment to these teams should one of your recruits leave the program. If you are not - we suggest you do not over commit yourself.
Superstars commits to honour the Recruitment Bonus Scheme for a full season if it is advertised. We have no current plans to ever stop offering this scheme - however we do reserve the right to make changes to its' structure, rules and/or conditions in advance of each new season.
So we hope that clarifies everything. The only thing to do now is GET RECRUITING.
