Superstars Coaching Staff
Superstars believe that our success comes from our staff. We work hard to offer our members a wide range of coaches with great attitudes and vital knowledge. We train many of our coaches and assistant coaches up from athletes so are always looking for the next generation of leaders to promote from within.
Head Coach and Program Director
Rachel began performing from a young age focusing on musical and straight theatre. She has sung and acted in productions all over London between 1994-2004.
In her education and professional life Rachel earned a 1st class BSc in Marketing and Management from Royal Holloway, University of London and went on to work for Proctor & Gamble for 3 years. Rachel has taught dance, cheerleading and tumbling in schools, universities, communities, studios and all star clubs since 2005. Before that she gained nationally recognised Level 2 fitness qualifications and has experience teaching a wide range of exercise classes including Step, Circuits, Boxercise, LBT, Ab Attack, Dance Aerobics and Zumba (Gold, Toning and Aqua Zumba).
She holds a wide range of cheerleading, dance and judging qualifications including being a L5 coach with all major bodies and both an ICU Judge and IASF Safety Judge. She regularly judges for Future Cheer and Legacy among other companies and specialised in Legalities and Deductions. She has judged regularly since 2012.
Rachel has earned a Gold medal (and World Champion title) ICU World Championships 2018 as a coach of Team England and Silver medal at the ICU World Championships 2017 as part of Team England. She has also earned; multiple National and International titles in the UK and America, has been part of Team England twice at the European Championships and still competes as an athlete. Rachel has experience in choreographing for, managing and performing at promotional events through the London Cheerleaders with past clients including Ocean Park - Hong Kong, ITV's Daybreak, TK Maxx, Sky TV, British Heart Foundation, Treetops Nurseries and Channel Five's Milkshake.
Superstars is everything to her and she delights in seeing the positive effects the program has on its members.
Cailigh has danced since she could stand with credits including Bugsy Malone, charity events and showcases. She has earned multiple Honour awards for jazz solos. Cailigh worked as a professional choreographer for various production/theatre companies winning a group jazz choreography place in British Arts Awards.
Cailigh joined Superstars in 2012. She has been a dancer, stunter and cheerleader with Superstars and following the gaining of her first NCSSE and USASF qualifications in 2013 she coaches. Since joining Superstars Cailigh has earned multiple champion titles across all areas. She has represented England internationally twice as an athlete and her earned multiple national and grand champion titles as a choreographer.
Cailigh is regularly described by members of the program as 'an inspiration' for her dedication, professionalism and level of performance. We are honoured that she has chosen to make Superstars her creative and performance home.
